Devin Titus Joins Moroccan Champions MAS Fes: "Chance To Carry The Flag Abroad"

Devin Titus

Stellenbosch FC attacker Devin Titus has shared an emotional goodbye after securing a move to Moroccan champions MAS Fes, marking his first venture outside the Betway Premiership.

The 2025 CAF Champions League participants have signed the attacker, giving Titus the opportunity to test himself at the highest level of African club football.

"Stellenbosch Gave Me The Opportunity"

Titus paid tribute to Stellies, the club that launched his professional career.

“It’s an emotional feeling for me to leave Stellenbosch FC,” Titus told the Stellenbosch FC website. “Stellenbosch is the team that gave me the opportunity to become a professional footballer, and I will always be grateful for that, but I am excited to join MAS Fes.

“They are the Moroccan champions, and one of the biggest clubs in Africa, so I’m excited to experience a new challenge and test myself at this level.”

Why He Stayed Last Season

The defender revealed he turned down opportunities last season to help Stellenbosch fight relegation.

“We’ve achieved incredible things together, and last season, I couldn’t just leave because we were fighting against relegation at one point, so it was important for me to stay and help the team, and I believe that I have done that.”

His loyalty helped Stellies secure their Premiership status before he could make the next step in his career.

Champions League Dream

For Titus, the move to Morocco is about more than money. It’s about competing on the continent.

“Now, it will be my first time playing outside of the Betway Premiership, so it’s a chance for me to feel what it’s like to play in a different country, to play in the [CAF] Champions League, and to compete at the highest level in African football, and, hopefully, I am able to carry the flag abroad.”

MAS Fes won the Botola Pro last season and will represent Morocco in the CAF Champions League — giving Titus instant exposure on the biggest stage.
