Orlando Pirates Sign Dublin Boon From Stellenbosch FC On 3-Year Deal

Dublin Boon

Orlando Pirates have bolstered their goalkeeping department with the signing of Dublin Boon from Stellenbosch FC.

The 21-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Buccaneers, as reported by _Micky Jr_.

Boon leaves Stellenbosch after coming through their system and is regarded as a goalkeeper with huge potential. The move is described as "signed, sealed and done" as Pirates continue to build depth ahead of a busy season across the PSL and CAF competitions.

It’s also another exit for Stellenbosch in a busy week. The Cape side recently saw attacker Devine Titus depart for Morocco, meaning they have now lost two key youngsters in quick succession.

For Pirates, bringing in a young shot-stopper like Boon fits their strategy of blending experience with academy and emerging talent as they push for silverware this season.
